I am a western educated physician.  My degrees are oriented to human and biological sciences. I love that this is so.  It gives me a practical base of orientation to what I do to assist you with what you need to find your own inner balance. Hard science knowledge gives me a wonderful left brain sense of what my right brain intuits about your unique complexity.

I am a Cranio-Sacral Therapist and in my Shamanic Ministerial work I specialize in Sound Healing Mediums. I am an initiated and ordained Minister of Shamanic belief and practices.  Shamanism is an orientation to life that recognizes that existence is about constant change and flux.  We are defined as part of  Nature tuned to its cycles of death and rebirth.  A shamanic perspective accepts that there is much more to existence than what  meets the eye or can be explained by rational thought.  My practice orientation embraces this body-mind-spirit concept.

Quartz Crystal Bowls are  instruments which are used to  promote balanced mind-body-spirit function and Well-being. When a Bowl is played, its sound vibrations absorb into the brain and all the major organs of the body through the Chakra Centers.  All chakra’s are interconnected so the balancing of one Chakra center affects the balance of all others.

A large part of weight loss and weight management is knowing WHY you eat the way you do.  Knowing what is eating you that compels you to make inappropriate food choices.  What I like about Samantha is that she has a background and degree in biology, and she combines her physiological knowledge with counselling.  So it’s not just a weight loss pill or shake—she shows you how to voluntarily and happily make the best choices for yourself…and allow yourself to indulge from time to time. As she says, it’s all about balance.

Hi, I’m Susan Lipp, Health & Wellness Advocate. My degree and background is in marketing, but life and an unexpected ‘gift’ of an immune disease called Multiple Sclerosis drew me to the health and wellness field. I received my diagnosis in 1994, although it is believed I had it since 1978.  Upon receiving the news and reviewing the MRI, I asked the neurologist, “What can I do to help myself?”  And I was told, “Nothing. You will be in a wheelchair in a year.”  I refused to believe this. I did my research and found out that fruits and vegetables could help my immune system repair itself and reduce the likelihood I would have further deterioration.  But I couldn’t eat the daily 7 to 13 servings of different fruits and vegetables the USDA recommends we eat every day (who can?), and my health was unstable. Thanks to a caring friend, I began to eat Juice Plus+® — 25 whole, condensed fruits, vegetables, grains and berries in capsule and chewable form.  I got better.  Much better.  So much better that I became passionate about sharing this simple, yet elegant concept with people. As Hippocrates, the father of medicine shared in 431 B.C., “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Oh, and, by the way, I am not yet in a wheelchair.
